Where we are & How to get here

Cascais Marina has an excellent location and is a must-see stop for all leisure vessels which pass the Portuguese Coast.

Located between Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of the European continent, and Cabo Espichel, Cascais Marina is a safe haven for those who want to relax, shop or simply visit one of the most beautiful villages in the world, Cascais.

Getting to Cascais is very easy, the are several ways to do it.

By sea

Cascais Marina is located in Cascais Bay, close to 9M to the SE of Cabo de Roca and 4M to the W of the entrance to the Lisbon Port.

The lighthouses on approach to the marina are Guia to the W, and Santa Marta, also to the W and almost in the marina.

The marina is entered NE to SW. Those who arrive from the sea need to go around and keep clear of the pier, indicated by the three cardinal buoys and one red one in the vicinity.

Boats must also keep clear of the head of the pier, leaving to port the small red buoy with no lights. The reception dock is located on the North side of the marina entrance.

By land

Cascais Marina is only 35 km from Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) and 14km from Cascais International Airport (LCT). In both cases, if you are coming by car, you can take the A5 and exit at Cascais towards the center of the village. Access to the Marina de Cascais is via Av. Humberto II de Itália.

If you want to come by bus, take de M27 and get off at the Avenida da República stop. Afterwards, you will have to walk for about 300m.

If you are coming by train, you should get off at Cascais station (the last one for those coming from Lisbon) and head towards the bay.  You will then have to walk along the Passeio Maria Pia, next to the Cidadela building, entering the Cascais Marina through its pedestrian access. If you prefer, you can go around the entire wall on the opposite side, entering Cascais Marina through its main door.
